Throughout this period Pam has always taken time to interact with the children/mums, has a very personable touch, a real hands on attitude, so much so that each of us emphatically trust her with the children.
This we accept maybe all part of her job description but it is the manner in which she completes these and other duties that we ask you recognise the superb job she does."

"My daughter celebrated her 6th birthday at Romford Kidspace on Sunday 24th October. I want to say a huge thank you to all concerned who made it a great day. Parking was difficult which meant some guests were arriving in dribs and drabs and the member of staff in charge of our lockers was very patient and professional. Our party entertainer did a great job and had the kids enthralled. The food was great and the members of staff on the cafe serving area did a fantastic job with the teas and coffees, we all thought their speed and efficiency was commendable."
You really took the stress out of everything and all guests and adults had a great time, a huge thank you for such a warm yet professional operation. I suspect there will be several guests requesting a party at Kidspace.
